At 34 weeks pregnant, I figured it was time to pull out my newborn cloth diaper stash. This is my second baby and it will be my first time cloth diapering from birth.
It is somewhat of a beginner's stash. First time around I had purchased many one size cloth diapers and very few newborn cloth diapers. Since most people mentioned how quickly babies outgrew their newborn cloth I didn't think it worthwhile to invest in a newborn stash.
Turns out my daughter was and is very petite and would have easily fit in newborn cloth for many months! I finally purchased some newborn cloth diapers for her when she was nearly 3 months old and she still fit in them! She had somewhat outgrown the absorbency, but it did show me how very practical it is, especially for a smaller baby, to have a newborn cloth diaper stash on hand!
This time around I'm looking forward to cloth diapering from day 1 or atleast attempting to do so!
